Instructions for use

• Open the packaging, take out the warmers, shake slightly.
• Remove the protective film and apply the adhesive side of the heating pad to the clothing of the body part you wish to warm. The heating pad will give heat already 5 minutes after opening.

Reservation
Never use a heating pad directly on the skin.
