Shipping schedule for your orders:

Delivery of products within Kyiv is possible with the courier service «UKLON» Your order will be dispatched on the same day if it is placed before 14:00.

Returns and Exchanges

Returns or exchanges of products are carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Law of Ukraine «On Consumer Rights Protection» No. 1023-XII dated May 12, 1991.

Did you accidentally add an item to your cart or miss something during delivery? Did you discover a defect while inspecting the package? Misunderstandings can happen, and we understand that. Just let us know, and we will do our best to resolve the issue. You can return or exchange a product within 14 days of delivery.

Please note that all shipments sent by transport companies are insured.

When receiving a package, it is necessary to check the integrity of its packaging and the absence of mechanical damage at the time of receipt. If such damage is present, create a report on the damage and the receipt of the insurance amount from the carrier company.

Requirements for returning a product:

  • The product has not been used: only products in their original undamaged packaging are accepted for return.
  • The product is packaged in the same way as when it was received.

Categories of products that can/cannot be returned and exchanged:

  • New products without signs of use within 14 days from the date of purchase.
  • Products that do not match the description or photo.
  • Products of improper quality.

Important! The product must not lose its commercial appearance. The packaging must be preserved.

In case there is no identical product available for exchange, you have the following options:

  • Terminate the purchase and return the product, receiving a refund for the paid amount.
  • Purchase any other available products from our range with an appropriate recalculation of the cost.
  • Exchange the product for a similar one if it becomes available for sale. In this case, we will notify you on the day of its arrival.

Cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • In accordance with the Law of Ukraine on Consumer Rights Protection, an online store may refuse a consumer to exchange or return a product in the following cases:
  • More than 14 days have passed since the date of purchase, and the product has no significant defects.
  • The transfer of the product occurred less than 14 days ago, but the product, which has no significant defects, is not new, meaning it has been used.
  • The product has mechanical damage, the packaging is damaged, during the examination, it was found that the defects of the product were due to the fault of the buyer, there are signs of third-party interference (unpacking), and more.
  • The product was used, and its commercial appearance was not preserved, and the configuration (quantity or type of product in sets) was violated.
  • When returning (exchanging) a product purchased as part of a special price (discount for the set), the return (exchange) is made for the entire set of products.
  • The product belongs to a category that is not subject to exchange and return.

What you need to do to return the product directly to the store:

  • Call us and inform us that you are planning to bring the product for a return or send an email with photos of the product.
  • Bring the product in its undamaged packaging, in the same condition as when it was purchased. Used products and/or those that do not retain their consumer qualities are not eligible for return (except for warranty cases).

What you need to do to return the product by «Nova Poshta» or «Ukrposhta»:

  • Call us or send an email and let us know that you are planning to send the product and get the necessary address.
  • Send the purchased product in a merchantable condition, i.e., in undamaged packaging and with the complete set preserved. Products used for purposes other than those intended for them are not subject to return (except for warranty cases).

In case of returning a product of proper quality, the transportation costs are covered by the customer. In case of returning a product of improper quality, the online store covers the transportation costs.
