If you have placed an order for a second person and want to pay for delivery instead of the recipient, here is a step-by-step instruction on how to do it (only valid for delivery by Nova Pochta!):
1. Go to the Nova Poshta website https://novaposhta.ua/ and find the box for entering the TTN number (the TTN number can be obtained from our managers by calling 0630453329 or 0632889089):
2. Click on the 3 dots on the right, select "Pay for delivery" → "Delivery services"
3. Enter the phone number of the recipient specified in the order (not your phone, but the phone number of the person to whom the order was placed)
4. Pay online. That's it :) It's so easy and simple to pay for delivery online instead of the recipient!
